1. Services Provided

Frockline Printing offers print-on-demand services for sewing patterns, specializing in A0 format printing. Services include:

• A0 pattern printing in black & white or colour

• Layer selection printing (for layered PDF files only)

• Fast turnaround and shipping within New Zealand

2. File Requirements

Customers are responsible for ensuring that uploaded files meet the following criteria:

• PDF format only

• Correctly sized for A0 printing

• Layered files must be properly formatted to enable layer selection

• Files must not contain any offensive, illegal, or copyrighted content without permission

We reserve the right to reject files that do not meet these requirements.

3. Layer Selection Printing

Layer selection is available only for PDFs that support layers. If a file does not contain selectable layers, the full pattern will be printed by default.

4. Pricing

All pricing is flat and transparent, as listed on our website. Prices include GST and standard packaging. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

5. Turnaround & Shipping

We aim to print and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier services. Frockline Printing is not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.  

All parcels are wrapped to minimise the risk of loss or damage.  However, if you receive a damaged parcel, please contact us immediately at sales@frockline.co.nz so we can discuss your options.

6. Refunds & Reprints

Due to the custom nature of our service, refunds are not available once printing has begun. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a reprint or resolution.

7. Intellectual Property

Customers retain full rights to their uploaded patterns. Frockline Printing does not claim ownership and will not share, reproduce, or distribute customer files.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Customer data and uploaded files are used solely for order fulfillment and are not shared with third parties.

9. Community Standards

Frockline Printing is committed to supporting the sewing community. We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals or entities that violate our values of inclusivity, respect, and creativity.
